Can You Guarantee My Application Will Be Approved?
No one can. Approval is the municipality's decision. What we control is a complete, well-supported application that answers the questions staff and the conservation authority will ask.
Do You Handle the Engineering the Municipality Asks For?
Yes. Grading, drainage, stormwater and servicing plans are prepared by our engineers, so planning and engineering comments are handled together.
Where Do You Offer Planning Services?
Across Ontario. Most of our applications are in Eastern Ontario, and we also take planning work in Toronto, North York, Hamilton and the GTA and elsewhere in the province.
