IN Engineering + Planning takes land-use approvals and engineering anywhere in Ontario, from Eastern Ontario and the GTA to Muskoka, Southwestern, Central and Northern Ontario: timber frame and mass timber, structural design and assessments, civil site engineering and Ontario Building Code compliance.

Do You Need to Visit the Site?
It depends on the work. Many designs can be engineered from drawings and photos; assessments and general review need a site visit. We confirm this in our proposal.
Can You Work With My Local Builder or Timber Framer?
Yes. We regularly engineer frames and buildings that someone else fabricates and builds.
